MEET KATIE....

When I first committed to creating a life that aligned with my truest desires, I had NO real idea of where to start. I wasn’t aware at the time I was stuck in a comfort zone that was keeping me small, but I did know I needed to do things differently if I was going to start consciously creating the life of my dreams. 

I was probably a lot like you are right now...

❌ Feeling like I should be grateful for all the fantastic things I had in my life, but still felt flat and frustrated

❌Saying “yes” to things I should have been saying “no” to because I couldn’t deal with the guilt of letting others down

❌ Working way harder than I needed to while still not making the impact I dreamed of in my own life and for others

❌ Thinking that maybe I just didn’t have what it took to be truly successful on my terms

❌ Getting frustrated with everyone around me who wasn’t doing what I felt they needed to do to support me

❌ Convinced I was running out of time and that I should just accept where I was at 

❌Putting everyone else's needs first and never focusing on what I wanted, leaving me depleted and grumpy

❌ Ending each day with a to-do list bigger than when I started the day

❌ Staying in a job I didn’t love, because I felt it was safer than pursuing  what would genuinely light me up

Doing basically everything wrong... or at least the really hard way.

But when I finally cracked the code... and everything clicked into place, it took me only a few months  to transform my life from a never-ending to-do list to enjoying my optimum life experience every day.

Now I am dedicated to teaching other women to how to step out of the comfort zone they have unconsciously built so they can start consciously creating the life of their dreams,
